Start-up packages
One package, one price, one team, from idea to open
Each package bundles the registration, the documents, the systems and the support into a single fixed-fee engagement, so you are not managing five suppliers while trying to open a service.

How we work
Three steps, no surprises in between
Every engagement runs the same way, whether it is a full registration package or an afternoon of advice.
Free scoping call
Thirty minutes on the phone. You tell us what you are trying to open, fix or win, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
Written proposal and fixed fee
Scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price, in writing, before any work starts. No hourly drift and no surprise invoices.
Delivery, then handover
We do the work alongside your people rather than around them, and we hand over so your team can carry it on without us.
What is not included
Being straight about the limits
Packages cover our work. They do not cover the third-party costs below, which you pay directly so there is no mark-up sitting in our fee.
Regulator fees
CQC, Ofsted, CIW and RQIA registration fees are set by the regulator and paid by you.
DBS and vetting costs
Enhanced DBS checks, AccessNI and any overseas police checks for your staff.
Insurance and software licences
We help you choose and set them up; the subscriptions themselves are yours.
Premises and recruitment costs
Property, fit-out and staff salaries sit outside any consultancy package.
Testimonials
What clients say
Feedback from the people we have worked alongside.
Example feedback shown while we gather written permission to publish real client quotes.
“MindBridge took us from anxious about inspection to genuinely confident. The evidence was in order, the team knew their stuff, and we came through our CQC visit rated Good.”
“Frank and the team cut through the noise. Within a quarter we had a strategy the whole board could get behind and the operational discipline to deliver it.”
“The train-the-trainer programme meant the improvements stayed with us. A year on, our own people are still running the sessions MindBridge designed.”
